- 2 tsp Dutch cocoa powder (or additional regular)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sweetener (of choice)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp oil
- 3 tbsp milk (of choice)
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add liquid ingredients (oil, milk, vanilla) and stir until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a small dish, ramekin, or coffee mug.
- Microwave for 30-60 seconds or bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 14 minutes.
- If using a mug, spray the inside before transferring the mixture.
- Let cool slightly before taking it out or serving.
- Top with ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, nuts, or fruits if desired.
Notes
Do not overcook in the microwave; start with 30 seconds. Use a larger mug to avoid overflow.
