- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle toppings on top before the chocolate hardens.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
