- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until they are softened and fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring this mixture to a simmer.
- Once simmering, add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using ground turkey or sausage instead of beef. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for more nutrition.
