- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, milk, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes and green vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
