- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy your juicy meatloaf!
