Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
  2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread into a circle about 9–10 inches across.
  4. Par-bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until set and lightly golden on the edges.
  5. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice; avoid watery vegetables.
  6. Bake for an additional 8–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  7. Let the pizza rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
