- 1 lb chicken breast, diced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach

Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, melt cowboy butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Drain the linguine and toss it with the chicken mixture in the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
