Description

A quick and delicious side dish featuring baby bella mushrooms sautéed with garlic and seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz baby bella mushrooms
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add baby bella mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, cooking for a few more minutes until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Choose fresh baby bella mushrooms for the best flavor and texture. Don’t overcrowd the skillet; cook in batches if necessary.
