- 16 oz fresh raw pizza dough, room temperature
- 2 TBS yellow cornmeal, optional
- 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan, divided
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 5 oz flaked crab meat, fresh or imitation
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fried wonton strips for topping
- Sweet chili sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a large pizza pan and press the pizza dough into a 14-inch disc; sprinkle with yellow cornmeal if desired.
- Par-bake the crust for about 5 minutes until slightly golden.
- Mix cream cheese, half of the green onions, half of the Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, and crab meat in a bowl.
- Dollop the crab mixture on the par-baked crust; spread evenly while leaving a lip for crust.
- Top with remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and green onions.
- Bake for an additional 7-9 minutes until the crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and top with wonton strips; slice and serve.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and freshly shredded cheese.
