Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn and stir to coat with the butter.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and the sauce is thickened.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
