- 1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt. Add cheese for a cheesy variation, or enhance with diced bell peppers or jalapeños.
