Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden on top.
