Ingredients
- Pork chops

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and sear the pork chops until browned. Then, remove them from the skillet.
- Sauté the onions and garlic in the same skillet until they are soft.
- Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream, and simmer until the sauce is slightly thickened.
- Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pork chops are fully cooked and tender.
