Description

Ingredients

  • Pork chops
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Chicken broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter and sear the pork chops until browned. Then, remove them from the skillet.
  4. Sauté the onions and garlic in the same skillet until they are soft.
