Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef to the pot, breaking it up as it cooks. Continue until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

  4. Pour in the milk and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Heat through, avoiding boiling.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the soup simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes to meld flavors and thicken slightly.
