- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooked rice or pasta
- Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked rice or pasta until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
