Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked rice or pasta
  • Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice or pasta until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
