- 4 large tortilla wraps
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, and herbs. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a tortilla wrap flat and place a lettuce leaf on top.
- Spread a portion of the chicken salad mixture on the wrap.
- Roll it up tightly and slice in half.
- Repeat with remaining wraps. Serve immediately or pack for lunch.
