Description

A delightful dish showcasing the rich flavors of salmon combined with the zesty brightness of lemon and aromatic garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the capers and return the salmon to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor, keep an eye on the salmon to prevent overcooking, and feel free to experiment with seasoning.
