- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup almond flour (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, steamed broccoli, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and almond flour (if using) on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience. Feel free to experiment with different vegetables and cheeses.
