- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- After the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked rice and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or non-dairy alternatives. Experiment with different vegetables and cheeses for variations.
