Description

A tangy twist on a comfort classic, this Crispy Dill Pickle Grilled Cheese Sandwich pairs melted cheese with the bright snap of dill pickles for a satisfying treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella)
  • 34 dill pickle slices
  • Butter (for spreading)
  • Optional: garlic powder, pepper, or other seasonings

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Layer cheese and dill pickles on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the bottom slice is golden brown.
  6. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the other side is also golden brown.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
