Delicious and crispy phyllo rolls filled with feta and cream cheese, enhanced with fresh herbs.

- 8 sheets phyllo dough
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (like dill or parsley), chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, cream cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush with olive oil or melted butter. Layer another sheet on top and brush again.
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture at one end of the phyllo sheet.
- Fold the sides in over the filling and roll up tightly to form a log.
- Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and filling until everything is used.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sweet chili sauce and honey. Heat until warm.
- Drizzle the warm chili honey over the baked rolls before serving.
Notes
Keep phyllo covered to prevent drying out. These rolls can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
