- 8 oz smoked Polish sausage

Instructions
- Wash potatoes and cube into small pieces.
- Slice the onion into thin rings and cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cubed potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

- Mix in sliced sausage and cook for another 10-15 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
