- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and ensure salmon fillets are thawed. Mince garlic.
- Make the Honey Garlic Glaze: In a bowl, mix honey, low-sodium soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Glaze and Finish Cooking: Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over it. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through and caramelized.
- Serve and Garnish: Remove salmon from skillet, serve warm, and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the salmon for a couple of minutes after glazing. Adjust sweetness of glaze according to taste.
