This Crispy Parmesan Chicken with a Rich Garlic Sauce is a delicious dinner option that impresses with its crispy texture and creamy flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside to rest.
  5. Lower heat to medium and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the cream while stirring continuously to create a smooth sauce.
  7. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy.
  8. If using spinach, stir it in and simmer for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  9. Return chicken to the pan, spoon garlic sauce over the top, and simmer for an additional minute.
  10. Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes

For thicker sauce, let it simmer longer. Pair with pasta or roasted vegetables.
