Description

Deliciously crispy potatoes coated with savory Parmesan, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Choose firmer potatoes for best texture. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet.
