- 4 medium Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Choose firmer potatoes for best texture. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet.
