- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and then press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is crispy.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for best flavor. For extra crunch, broil the salmon for the last minute of cooking.
