Description

A delicious and easy crispy Parmesan salmon dish perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
