Description

A comforting Crock Pot dish featuring tender shredded chicken, creamy cheese, and hearty spaghetti, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts, onion, and bell pepper in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
  3. Cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
  4. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Shred the chicken, then stir in the cooked spaghetti and cheddar cheese.
  6. Cook until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through. Serve warm.

Notes

Use boneless, skinless chicken for easy shredding. Adjust cooking time based on your schedule, and feel free to add more vegetables or experiment with different cheeses.
