Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, celery, onion, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
