A delightful dish that brings a taste of Asian cuisine into the comfort of your own home, featuring tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and fluffy rice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In the Crockpot, combine the diced chicken, cooked rice, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Stir everything to ensure the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated in the sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes or on high for 120-180 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked through, stir well, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For best texture, use day-old cooked rice. Adjust salt based on the soy sauce used.
