Description

A comforting slow-cooked pasta dish featuring tender chicken and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth on top of the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
  5. Stir in the pasta, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream.
  6. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until the pasta is cooked.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
