- 1 pound chicken breast
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
- Stir in the pasta, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until the pasta is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
