- 1 package frozen pierogi
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a crockpot, layer half of the frozen pierogi.
- Add half of the sliced kielbasa and onion.
- Layer with half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread half of the sour cream over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pierogi, kielbasa, onion, cheese, and sour cream.
- Pour the chicken broth over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the pierogi are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with chives if desired.
