Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package frozen pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, layer half of the frozen pierogi.
  2. Add half of the sliced kielbasa and onion.
  3. Layer with half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread half of the sour cream over the layers.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining pierogi, kielbasa, onion, cheese, and sour cream.
  6. Pour the chicken broth over the top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the pierogi are tender.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with chives if desired.
