- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped spinach until well combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the mixture for about 2-3 minutes, just until the spinach starts to wilt.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Use fresh spinach for the best flavor and texture. Allow the quiche to rest before slicing to maintain its shape.
