- 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 cup Homemade Southern BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine brown sugar, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and avocado oil in a large bowl.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 7-10 minutes per side, basting with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
