- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bars
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate together in 30-second increments, stirring in between.
- Whisk in the granulated sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Fold in the flour and salt gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and enjoying.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or at room temperature with powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
