- 2 salmon fillets (5–8 oz. each)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Combine the brown sugar, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the rub. Pat it generously on both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and place the salmon fillets in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 7-9 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the tops are caramelized.

Make sure the salmon fillets are evenly coated with the rub for the best flavor. Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon fillets for perfect doneness.
