Description

Easily prepare delicious and tender salmon in the air fryer with garlic, paprika, and butter for rich flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon filets (6oz each, skin or no skin is fine)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (regular or smoked)
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt (or any coarse salt)
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brush the tops of the salmon filets with melted butter.
  2. Mix together paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then generously sprinkle this mixture over the top of the filets.
  3. Add foil to the bottom of the air fryer basket and spritz it with a little cooking spray. Preheat at 390°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon, skin side down, on the foil. Set the air fryer to ‘air fry’ at 390°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Check for doneness; the internal temperature should be 145°F, and the fish will easily flake with a fork.
  6. Serve and enjoy with fresh lemon!
