Ingredients
Scale
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of kosher salt

- Pat your ribs dry with a clean paper towel and place them, meat side down, on a baking sheet.
- Carefully remove the membrane from the ribs to help the marinade penetrate better.
- Transfer the ribs to a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring all areas are covered.
- Cover and let the ribs marinate in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes, or longer for more flavor.
- Remove ribs from marinade, discard excess, and cook using your preferred method.
Notes
For best results, marinate overnight and use a non-metallic container. Fresh garlic enhances flavor.
