Ingredients

- 2 cups egg noodles (not cooked)
- 1 pound ground beef (lean)
- 1 onion (cut up)
- 2–3 garlic cloves (cut tiny)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian spices
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Get water boiling with salt. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Put beef and onion in a pan on high heat. Break up meat while it cooks for about 10 minutes, keeping some fat in the pan.
- Turn heat down. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian spices. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add flour, mix, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour beef stock in slowly while stirring. Cook for 5-10 minutes until thick. Add more stock if it gets too thick.
- Mix in the cooked noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with grated cheese or fresh parsley on top. Pair with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a balanced meal.
