Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken bites until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
