Instructions
- Clean the chicken feet thoroughly by removing any outer skin and nails.
- In a pot, boil enough water to cover the chicken feet. Blanch the chicken feet for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In the same pot, add chicken feet, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, chili paste (if using), and salt.
- Add water to cover the chicken feet and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy your hearty chicken feet dish!
Notes
Make sure to clean the chicken feet well for better taste and texture. You can also marinate them in the sauce for a few hours before cooking for stronger flavor.
