Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon chili paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken feet thoroughly by removing any outer skin and nails.
  2. In a pot, boil enough water to cover the chicken feet. Blanch the chicken feet for 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. In the same pot, add chicken feet, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, chili paste (if using), and salt.
  4. Add water to cover the chicken feet and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes until tender.
