Description

Dalgona Matcha is a smooth, fluffy treat combining whipped coffee with rich matcha flavors, perfect for a creamy beverage experience.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream OR 1 egg white OR 3 tablespoons aquafaba liquid from chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon sugar OR 1 scoop of stevia
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • Milk of your choice

Instructions

  1. Start by choosing your base: either aquafaba, coconut cream, or egg whites. In a medium bowl, add your chosen base and whip on high speed until it resembles whipped cream, about 2-5 minutes with an electric mixer.
  2. Once you see peaks forming, sift in the sugar and whip again to combine.
  3. After the sugar is well incorporated, sift the matcha powder into the whipped mixture and whip once more until mixed nicely.
  4. Take a cup and pour in your milk or creamer of choice. Adjust sweetness if desired.
  5. Finally, dollop your whipped Dalgona Matcha on top of the milk for a beautiful layered drink.

Notes

For best results, use quality matcha and an electric mixer for a better volume. Adjust sweetness to personal preference.
