- 1/3 cup coconut cream OR 1 egg white OR 3 tablespoons aquafaba liquid from chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon sugar OR 1 scoop of stevia
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- Milk of your choice
Instructions
- Start by choosing your base: either aquafaba, coconut cream, or egg whites. In a medium bowl, add your chosen base and whip on high speed until it resembles whipped cream, about 2-5 minutes with an electric mixer.
- Once you see peaks forming, sift in the sugar and whip again to combine.
- After the sugar is well incorporated, sift the matcha powder into the whipped mixture and whip once more until mixed nicely.
- Take a cup and pour in your milk or creamer of choice. Adjust sweetness if desired.
- Finally, dollop your whipped Dalgona Matcha on top of the milk for a beautiful layered drink.
Notes
For best results, use quality matcha and an electric mixer for a better volume. Adjust sweetness to personal preference.
