- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

- Sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, water, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- If using, fold in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tin cups.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.
