- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix until blended.
- Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt, stirring gently.
- Fold in the flour just until it disappears, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For better results, use ripe bananas with brown spots and ensure ingredients are at room temperature.
