  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly. Add the eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
