Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; be careful not to overmix!
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
