- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 salmon fillets
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the marinade ingredients to taste. Add more honey for sweetness or more lemon juice for tang. For an extra kick, you can add red pepper flakes or fresh herbs like dill.
