- 1 can (15 ounces) beans (kidney, black, or pinto)
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons homemade chili seasoning
- 1 onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker.
- Add the beans, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning, and optional onion and bell pepper to the slow cooker.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving. Enjoy your chili!
