Description

Crispy, delicious, and customizable won ton appetizers perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package won ton wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
  2. Place a won ton wrapper on a flat surface. Put a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal them well.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Carefully add the won ton appetizers to the hot oil. Fry until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Notes

Make sure to seal the won ton wrappers well to prevent filling from leaking during frying. You can use different fillings like shrimp or vegetables.
