- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Fresh cranberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
- Add a layer of cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and then slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- If desired, roll the slices in the chopped nuts for added texture.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh cranberries if desired.
