Ingredients

  • 1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, full-fat, softened
  • 8 ounces white chocolate or candy melts
  • 3 tablespoons festive sprinkles
  • 3 tablespoons red candy melts (optional, for drizzling)
  • Green sanding sugar for decoration

Instructions

  1. Unwrap all Christmas Tree Cakes and crush them into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the cake crumbs with softened cream cheese until a uniform dough forms.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and roll into balls.
  4. Chill for 1-2 hours.
  5. Melt white chocolate or candy melts.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate, then place on parchment and sprinkle with sprinkles and sanding sugar.
  7. Optionally, drizzle with red candy melts.
  8. Chill until firm, then store in an airtight container.
