Description

Delicious white chocolate fudge combined with sugar cookies and festive sprinkles, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bars
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup festive Christmas sprinkles
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon butter extract
  • Optional: 1/2 cup finely crushed sugar cookies

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper or foil, ensuring an overhang on all sides, and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large, heatproof bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and pieces of unsalted butter.
  3. Melt the mixture using the double boiler method or the microwave, stirring continuously until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. If using, add the butter extract.
  5. Fold in crushed sugar cookies if desired.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and tap to remove air bubbles.
  7. Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top and press gently.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 to 240 minutes or overnight until firm.
  9. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares using a hot knife.
  10. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate for a firmer texture.

Notes

For a minty twist, use peppermint extract. Customize with different sprinkles for a festive look.
